1. GENERAL
Rates are subject to change without further notice.
2. BOOKING / CONFIRMATION
Wilkinson Tours Ltd. accepts and confirms bookings by e-mail or in writing only.
Any bookings / provisional reservations made by telephone must be confirmed by the client within 24 hrs in order to make the reservation valid. Cancellation policy (please see below) applies upon WT’s confirmation of a booking by e-mail.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 121 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
120 to 91 days prior to arrival: 10 %
90 to 46 days prior to arrival: 50 %
45 to 30 days prior to arrival:70 %
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 90 %
– of the total amount of the booking cancelled.
4. PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% is to be received within 10 days of the booking date to fully confirm a booking. Full payment is to be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings later than 45 days prior to arrival, payment is due immediately.
In case a tailor made itinerary includes accommodation other than the ones indicated in the standard safari itineraries, Wilkinson Tours Ltd. reserves the right to amend the payment schedule or to request a deposit payment depending on the terms and conditions of the lodge/camp booked.
Wilkinson Tours Ltd. reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid for according to the above schedule.
5. PROVISIONAL RESERVATIONS
Provisional reservations (by e-mail only) will be held as follows:
Up to 121 days prior to arrival: 14 days with automatic release
120 to 61 days prior to arrival: 7 days with automatic release
From 60 days prior to arrival: 3 days with automatic release
6. LIABILITY
Wilkinson Tours Ltd. does not accept any liability for any accident, injury, death, damage or loss of property of clients when partaking in any activities / safaris / mountain climbs offered and conducted by Wilkinson Tours Ltd. and/or its agents.
